Daniel Gunter is a wildlife and nature photographer drawn to the water’s edge: the loons, herons, and shorebirds that live where land meets lake.
His work spans intimate macro studies of insects and flora, long mornings in the blind waiting on raptors, and wider frames of landscape and city. Every image here was made in the field, with patience standing in for luck.
